🚗 Car Rental Rules
- Driver Requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license (held at least 1 year).
- International Driving Permit (if required).
- Deposit & Insurance:
- Refundable security deposit required.
- Mandatory insurance (basic or full coverage).
- Fuel Policy:
- Return vehicle with same fuel level.
- Charges apply for missing fuel.
- Late Return: Fees apply after a 3h30m grace period.
- Traffic Violations: Renter responsible for all fines.
🏡 Villa & Airbnb-Style Rentals
- Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early/late options upon request, extra fees apply.
- House Rules:
- No parties or loud noise after 10:00 PM.
- No smoking indoors.
- Only registered guests allowed.
- Damage & Cleaning:
- Guest responsible for any damage.
- Cleaning fee may apply.
- Excess mess may incur extra charges.
- Security Deposit: May be held and refunded after inspection.
🚐 Private VIP Transfers
- Booking & Timing: Book at least 24h in advance. Flight delays monitored.
- Luggage: Notify for large items; extra fees may apply.
- Behavior & Conduct: No smoking, alcohol, or illegal activity.
- Cancellations:
- Free cancelation up to 24h before.
- 50% refund if canceled within 24h.
🏖️ Excursions in Bavaro & Punta Cana
- Reservation & Payment: Full payment needed to confirm spot.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund if canceled 48+ hours before.
- 50% refund with 24–48h notice.
- No refund for same-day or no-show.
- Health & Safety: Notify us of medical conditions. Follow all guide instructions.
- Responsibility: Not liable for injuries or lost items.
